It seems that the world is becoming soooooo disconnected in many ways...
Our lives become so busy and many are having to work long hours, extra hours to bring in enough income simply to pay for necessities as the cost of living has literally gone through the roof in all areas especially accommodation, power, food, fuel... sooo many people have become homeless and the mental and physical illness has become the new pandemic.....
The systems are failing the people and it has hit crisis point...
It seems that people do not know how or do not want to truly connect, have real conversations, actually care about others partly because everyone is pretty much in survival mode in some way and sees no way out of it....
Let me tell you that the effects of long term stress, worry, fear, anxiety, anger leads to dis - ease (disease) in your body as the high cortisol builds up and creates more inflammation, acidity, and shows up as pain, arthritis, chronic pain, migraines, gut issues, bowel issues, anxiety, depression, and/or cancers.... things are eating away at you and if you are simply suppressing things and soldiering on then it just keeps festering until there is a forced stop for you to reasess... that may come in the form of accident, injury, illness etc..
Do not wait for this to happen before you decide that you actually do matter....
Do not wait for a diagnosis or a label to live by or challenge...
You matter now, you need to make your selfcare a priority because the alternative is so much more of an inconvenience for yourself and your loved ones not to mention potential loss of income etc.
I am loving providing wellness services in the comfort of peoples own homes so they can truly relax in their safe space and be nurtured, heard, acknowledged, empowered for positive change in their life, in their health with my consulting, coaching and bodywork offerings... a unique holistic approach for optimum results.
The in home service is great for those that can't or don't want to leave their home for whatever reason....

Journaling Drawing/Painting Music Movement of any kind
Outdoors in the sunshine and fresh air is magic as you use all your senses to see what you see around you, feel the breeze, the suns warmth, notice the sounds around you and if you can stand or walk barefoot on the grass then even better....
These things bring you back to your present moment... to you now.... which ultimately is all we have.... the future hasn't happened and the past has been and gone.... we cant change that but we can change how it controls us....
